"Confusing and not something I’d gift"
I wouldn’t buy this as a gift. It felt really random, and the communication around what to expect wasn’t clear at all, which was annoying. I was left guessing, and that’s not the kind of experience I’d want to pass along to someone else.

"Sizing was way off for me"
I ordered based on the size chart, but the shirt ended up fitting way smaller than expected. It was frustrating because I thought I was being careful with the measurements. I haven’t bothered reaching out to customer service yet because i don’t really trust that they’ll be much help with sizing issues.

"Decent products, but the packaging was disappointing"
I thought the products themselves were okay, but the packaging really let it down. The box looked like it had been packed in a hurry, and everything was kind of loose inside. A few items ended up a bit bent, which is frustrating because when you’re paying this much, you expect things to be packed with more care.

"I really like the idea behind blackveganshop.com..."
I really like the idea behind blackveganshop.com, and it was easy enough to understand what the site is about right away. It seems like a cool place to find vegan products, especially with the focus they have.

That said, browsing felt kind of slow for me. A few pages took longer to load than I expected, and using it on my phone wasn’t the smoothest. I was already feeling mentally drained, so the extra waiting and clicking around made it a bit more frustrating.

Checkout and product details could also be clearer. It’s not a bad site at all, and I’d probably check it out again, but it could definitely use some cleanup to make shopping feel easier and less tiring.

"Shipping ended up being way more than I expected"
I found a few things on the site that I actually liked, but once I got to checkout, the shipping cost was way higher than I thought it would be. It felt a little misleading, like the total price wasn’t really clear until the end. Disappointing, and I probably won’t order again.

"Helpful and got the job done"
My order arrived just fine. The tracking email was a little slow to come through, but when I asked about it, they replied and gave me an update. The package showed up the next day, so it all worked out. Simple and useful overall.

"Seems okay, but I’d still start small"
The site looks decent overall, and I didn’t notice anything that immediately felt sketchy. That said, I couldn’t find a ton of clear info or many reviews, which made me a little cautious. I did reach out to support and they basically said something like, “Everything is handled securely and orders are processed as normal,” which was reassuring, but still a bit generic. Personally, I’d probably place a small order first before trusting them with anything expensive.

"Had to Be Way Too Patient Just to Figure Out the Products"
I was browsing blackveganshop.com the product info was way too vague. I kept clicking around trying to figure out basic stuff like sizes, ingredients, or what actually comes with certain items. It felt like I was being forced to be patient when all I wanted was clear info before buying. The products might be good, but the pages need a lot more detail. I didn’t feel confident placing an order because I had to guess too much

"I really like the idea behind this shop..."
I really like the idea behind this shop, and I wanted to be excited about it, but the prices felt a bit "too much" for what you actually get. I noticed a few items were cheaper elsewhere, even after adding shipping. I’m totally fine paying a little extra for vegan products, but in this case it just felt a little "unfair" to me...

"Kind of liked it, but the label threw me off"
I was actually excited to try this and it seemed fine at first, but then I started reading the label and got a little confused. Some of the ingredients felt unclear or just kind of off to me. Maybe it’s not a big deal, but I wish it was easier to understand. Overall it’s okay, I guess, just not something I feel totally confident about.

Not sure why people act like vegan options are always limited, because I was genuinely surprised by how much they had here. There were snacks, pantry basics, and even a few harder-to-find things I don’t usually see. Browsing was easy too, which makes a big difference...

"Wanted to support, but it was a little disappointing"
I really wanted to love this because I was excited to support a Black-owned vegan shop. Honestly. That’s the main reason I placed an order. But the updates were super slow, and when I reached out, customer service didn’t really give me much help. Frustrating. The products were okay overall, but the whole process just felt more stressful than it needed to be. Bummer. I’m still rooting for them because I really do want brands like this to win, but I hope they tighten things up.

"Easy return, just like I expected"
I had to return one item because I picked the wrong size, so I emailed them and they got back to me quickly. The refund showed up a few days later with no hassle at all. I already had a feeling they were a solid shop, and this kind of proved it for me. Definitely better than I expected, and I’d order from them again

"Nice scent, just didnt last long"
I though it smelled nice at first, kind of soft and sweet but not anything super amazing. The only thing is it faded quicker than I expected. It’s still okay overall, I just wish the scent stuck around a bit more
